Holly Andrews

Holly Andrews has extensive experience in contract management and program oversight within the fiber optics and defense sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Contracts at KITCO Fiber Optics since March 2021, Holly previously held the role of Program Manager for West Coast Operations at the same company from September 2016 to February 2021. Prior to this, Holly owned T3W Business Solutions, Inc. from October 2004 to February 2017 and held the position of Director of Proposal Operations at General Dynamics Information Technology from 1999 to 2005. Holly earned an MBA in Business from the University of San Diego between 2002 and 2004.
