Elissa S. has extensive experience in the field of category management. Starting in 1998, they worked as a Financial Analyst at Campbell Soup Company until 2000. Elissa then moved on to The Clorox Company, where they served as a Senior Financial Analyst in Product Supply and Cost from 2000 to 2003.

In 2003, Elissa joined PepsiCo, initially as a Senior Financial Analyst in Sales. Elissa later became an Assistant National Account Manager for Tropicana, where they helped oversee business operations and strategic account development. Elissa also served as a Category Manager for Quaker Foods & Snacks, leading annual resets and leveraging shopper card loyalty data for strategic and tactical advice. Their tenure at PepsiCo lasted until 2013.

Following their time at PepsiCo, Elissa worked at Plum Organics from 2013 to 2017. Elissa held the positions of Senior Manager in Headquarters Category Management and Director of Category Strategy and Shopper Insights. In these roles, they brought fact-based insights to product development and channel strategy discussions, advocating for retailers' needs and providing data analytics to support decision-making. Under their leadership, Plum Organics became the top organic baby food brand in the US.

From 2017 to 2019, Elissa served as the Owner and Principal of Alta Solutions, LLC.

In 2019, they joined Lenny & Larry's as the Director of Category Management, a position they held until 2021. Continuing their career in this field, they then became the Director of Category Management at ONE Brands from 2021 to 2022.

Currently, Elissa is the Director of Category Management at powered by Real Food From The Ground Up, starting in 2023.
