Joan FitzPatrick

Joan FitzPatrick has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Joan began their career in 1992 as a Formulation Team Leader at Elan Corporation. Joan then moved to Fuisz Technologies Ltd in 1996, where they served as Director of R&D. In 2000, they joined the Irish Medicines Board as a Pharmaceutical Assessor. In 2001, they returned to KMF Pharma Consulting as a Pharmaceutical Consultant, where they held various roles until 2011. From 2004 to 2016, they were the EVP R&D at Innocoll, and in 2016 they became Director at Eabha Investments. Most recently, in 2017, they were appointed CEO of Kite Medical.

Joan FitzPatrick completed their MSc in Pharmaceutics from Trinity College Dublin in 1994, followed by a BSc Pharm in Pharmacy from the same institution in 1991.
