Lazette Smith-Bealer

Lazette Smith-Bealer is an experienced lease analyst and co-principal CEO with a diverse background in real estate and financial management. Currently serving as a Lease Analyst at Kite Realty Group since January 2022, Lazette has previously held positions at TLT Developers, LLC, Brookfield Properties, Retail Properties of America, Inc., Equity Office Properties, and Vita Food Products. Responsibilities have included managing complex lease documentation, tenant billing, and compliance auditing, as well as reconciliation of real estate tax obligations and overseeing a substantial customer accounts portfolio. Lazette holds an Associate in Arts degree with honors in Psychology from City Colleges of Chicago-Harold Washington College, along with additional education from the Chicago Institute of Credit.
