Rick Radabaugh

Rick Radabaugh possesses extensive experience in civil engineering and project management, with over 25 years in the industry. Currently, Rick serves as Director of PreConstruction at Kite Realty Group, having held various roles including Operations Manager and Senior Estimator since 2011. Prior positions include Sales Manager/IT Support at AVC Technology Corporation and Sr. Project Manager at Lauth Property Group, where responsibilities encompassed managing civil, survey, geotechnical, and environmental consultants. Prior to that, Rick was a Project Manager and Site Engineer at Paul I. Cripe, Inc., contributing to significant projects, and began their career as a Project Engineer at Civil Engineering Consultants. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University.
