Stephanie McCaster

Stephanie McCaster, M.S. serves as the Regional Property Manager at Kite Realty Group since May 2021, focusing on stakeholder relationships, lease negotiations, budget management, and property performance assessment. Prior roles include Property & Finance Manager at JLL, where management of six retail properties in Metro-Atlanta and financial oversight were key responsibilities, as well as being part of a team that managed a $100M budget for Walgreens' Beauty 2000 Program. Previous experience also includes Project Manager at Randstad, managing 382 office units across the US, and a Property Manager at North American Properties, achieving significant cost reductions. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from SUNY Albany and a Master of Science in Educational/Instructional Technology from Georgia State University.
