Theresa Severson

Theresa Severson has extensive work experience in insurance and risk management. Theresa currently holds the position of Vice President Insurance & Risk at Kite Realty Group, starting in October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at RPAI Holdco Management LLC for over 13 years, starting in November 2008 and ending in October 2021. During their time at RPAI, they held the role of Vice President, Insurance|Risk Management and was responsible for managing a real estate insurance Property and Casualty Program, including a Captive Program. Theresa also served as the Business Continuity Plan Leader and handled various types of corporate insurance, such as Directors & Officers, Employment Practices Liability, Professional Liability, Crime, Fiduciary, and Cyber Liability.
