Maximilian Isensee

Maximilian Isensee has held various roles in the past decade. In 2009, they worked as a Studentische Hilfskraft at Mull und Partner Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH. In 2016, they became Co-Founder and Chairman of Protect Our Winters Germany. In 2017, they became a Start-Up Manager at Karlsruher Institut für Technologie (KIT). In 2018, they became Co-Founder and CEO of kiteKRAFT, where they are building flying wind turbines.

Maximilian Isensee completed a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Technology and Resource Management from Ruhr University Bochum in 2013. From 2013-2014, they studied Environomical Pathways for Sustainable Energy Systems (SELECT) at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. Maximilian then studied the same subject at Instituto Superior Técnico from 2014-2015. In 2019, they attended Y Combinator's S19 program.
