Rebecca Holmes

Founder & COO at Kiterocket

Rebecca is an agency co-founder and serves as Kiterocket’s COO. She is, in short, the change agent responsible for making the agency work better, solve problems faster, and embrace the growth mindset.

As COO, Rebecca draws on more than two decades of business leadership to design and implement internal operations, work directly with Foley to establish policies that promote company vision and growth, and nurture agency culture and employee satisfaction. For her, business is never “just business.” Rebecca takes personal pride in ensuring agency encounters, both externally and internally, are impactful, respectful, and enlightening.

Additionally, Rebecca continues to provide senior strategic support to select agency clients, where she marries her marketing expertise with a passion for storytelling and psychology into emotionally intelligent campaigns that connect brands to their target audience.

A graduate of the University of Denver with degrees in Psychology and Communications, Rebecca began her public relations career at the Edelman Seattle office, where she met Foley. Rebecca is active in organizations pushing the public relations industry forward and currently serves on the national board of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Counselors Academy as Incoming Chair. She proudly supports both local and national consumer sustainability efforts to reduce and reuse consumer waste, ensure responsible food sourcing, and maintain green spaces and national parks for generations to come.
