Nicole Valdez

Nicole Valdez is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in strategy, operations, finance, and consulting. Currently serving as the Director of Strategy and Operations at Kiteworks since July 2025, Valdez previously held the position of Financial Analyst at the Port of Oakland from May 2022 to July 2025. Earlier roles include Product Operations Manager at Scratch and Cyber & Strategic Risk Consultant at Deloitte, showcasing expertise in risk management and operational efficiency. Valdez also contributed to compliance and equity initiatives as an Office of Civil Rights Analyst at BART in mid-2019.
