Reinout Bautz

Reinout Bautz currently serves as the General Counsel & Chief of Staff EMEA at Kiteworks since November 2025. Previously, Reinout held dual roles as Chief Operations Officer and General Counsel at Zivver from November 2018 to November 2025. Earlier professional experience includes working as an Associate at JONES DAY® from July 2016 to August 2018 and at Baker & McKenzie from October 2010 to June 2016, focusing on Mergers and Acquisitions within the Corporate Commercial Department. Reinout holds an LL.M. in Master International Legal Practice from IE Business School and a Master's degree in Law from the University of Amsterdam, complemented by additional training at Law Firm School from 2011 to 2012.
