Cieran B. started their work experience in 2014 as an Inbound Customer Service Representative at Webhelp UK, where they handled billing/account queries, resolved technical issues, and provided retentions. They developed communication skills and received positive feedback from customers. In 2017, Cieran worked as a Student Software Engineer at the British Oceanographic Data Centre, gaining experience with Python, Matlab, Perl, PL/SQL, RESTful web services, and agile software development principles. In 2019, they joined Yozu Ltd as a Software Developer, working on web and mobile apps using technologies such as ReactJS, Typescript, Redux, Ruby on Rails, Java Spring, and React-Native. They also worked with database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. Currently, Cieran is a Software Engineer at Kitman Labs since 2022.

Cieran B. completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Liverpool, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, Cieran attended Warrington & Vale Royal College (Warrington Collegiate) from 2012 to 2014, where they pursued a BTeC degree in Information Technology.
