Henry Ruggiero

Henry Ruggiero has worked in various roles in the field of sports performance. Henry started their career in 2009 as the Director of Strength & Conditioning for Olympic Sports at the University of Washington, and held this role until 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as the Director of Physical Performance at Real Salt Lake. In 2019, they became the Executive Director of Olympic Sport Performance at the University of Utah, a role that they held until 2022. Presently, they serve as Senior Performance Strategist - Partnership Success Manager at Kitman Labs.

Henry Ruggiero attended Springfield College and received an undergraduate degree in Applied Exercise Science. The start and end dates for their education are not provided.
