Mike Stienessen

Mike Stienessen is an experienced logistics and distribution professional with a career spanning over 17 years in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of Distribution and Logistics at Kito Crosby and Peerless Industrial and The Crosby Groups since March 2023, Mike has been pivotal in managing operations for distribution centers and 3PL operations. Previously, as Director of Distribution and Logistics for Peerless Chain Industrial Group, Mike oversaw comprehensive logistics strategies and contributed to company-wide projects. Prior experience includes serving as Distribution Center Manager for Ashley Furniture Industries, handling large-scale operations and staffing, and multiple roles at Fastenal, where Mike drove marketing initiatives and opened service centers. Educational background includes studies at Winona State University.
