Nathaniel Guralski

Nathaniel Guralski has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries.

Starting in 2013, they worked as an Assistant Director at Eau Claire Jazz, Inc. In 2014, they served as a Marketing Associate at Citizens Community Federal.

From 2014 to 2018, Nathaniel worked at Graco, where they held various positions. Nathaniel began as a Field Sales Representative Intern and Benefits Coordinator before transitioning to an Account Representative. Nathaniel supervised distributors, implemented sales strategies, and conducted product training seminars. Nathaniel also collaborated with the Channel Marketing Department to develop sales tools. In 2016 and 2017, they received the Highest Individual Sales Growth Award for the Midwest Region.

In 2018, they became a Marketing Manager at Schlage Locks, where they utilized market analysis to develop effective marketing and sales plans. Nathaniel also partnered with cross-functional teams to lead introduction marketing efforts.

Starting in 2019, Nathaniel joined Polaris Inc. as a District Sales Manager. In this role, they managed a network of 45 dealers and focused on growing the company's brands, increasing retail performance, and expanding market share.

Currently, Nathaniel works at Kito Crosby as the Business Director for Nutting Carts & Trailers. Nathaniel'sresponsibilities include developing and implementing a growth strategy to enhance customer experience, improving order tracking analytics, and boosting sales. Nathaniel also oversees the company's financial performance.

Nathaniel Guralski holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business. Nathaniel also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
