Badih Hachem is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and service management. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience and Vice President of the Contact Center at Kitopi since November 2021, Badih has previously held multiple leadership roles at OSN from October 2005 to November 2021, including Vice President of the Service Group and Director of Customer Service. Badih has a proven track record in managing regional contact centers, enhancing team processes, and optimizing resource planning for over 400 employees. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in International Business from the University of Wollongong in Dubai and a Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, and Customs from Beirut Arab University.
