Marcin Welner

Marcin Welner is the current VP of Engineering at Kitopi. Prior to this, they served as the Software Development Director at InPost from September 2006 to May 2016. In this role, they were responsible for project scoping, planning, and control; team staffing and managing relationships; administrative functions such as HR and expense planning; reporting to superiors; risk management; budget composition; controlling technology used; and QA including managing test teams, improving quality of products, automating tests, and release management.

From October 2017 to November 2018, Welner served as the Chief Operations Officer at RepuX. In May 2016, they began working at WorkHQ as the Chief Operations Officer, a role they held until April 2018. Marcin was responsible for leading a software development office.

Welner is also the founder/co-owner of Sysmakers, a position they have held since October 2014. Marcin previously served as the owner of Akces sp. z o.o. from May 2007 to January 2012. Prior to that, they worked as an IT professional at LMR from August 1999 to December 2010.

They are on a team with Pooja Vithlani - VP, Product & Consumer Brand, Ekta Bhojwani - VP, Product. Marcin Welner reports to Saman Darkan, Chief Product & Technology Officer.
