Shiristi Singh

Shiristi Singh is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Culinary Manager Training and Culinary Training Lead at Kitopi since June 2021, where responsibilities include leading culinary instruction, developing training programs, and maintaining high food quality standards. Prior to this role, Shiristi held positions such as Quality Assurance chef de Projet at The Leap Nation and Junior Sous Chef at Miss Lily's Dubai. With a solid foundation in kitchen operations gained from roles including Chef de Partie at Katana Robata And Sushi Bar and demi chef de partie at CLAW Crabshack & Grill, Shiristi has demonstrated expertise in kitchen management and food preparation. Earlier experience includes a training chef role at The Royal Hotel and part ownership of Two Sisters Catering Company, where management and staff training were key aspects. Shiristi's culinary education was completed at the International Hotel School from 2010 to 2012.
