Anastasia Hofmann has a diverse work experience starting in 2012 as a Switchboard Operator and Front Office Intern at the Zurich Marriott Hotel. Anastasia then worked as a Concierge and Front Office Intern at the Kempinski Hotel San Lawrenz in 2013, where they took on responsibilities such as receptionist duties, organizing tours, and training new employees.
In 2015, Anastasia joined the Faena Group as an Events and Catering Intern, where they were involved in various pre-opening activities, including setting up booking systems, creating templates, and working on contracts with major companies for Art Basel 2015. Anastasia also managed cocktail receptions and dinners, contacted suppliers, and supervised staff during events.
In 2016, Anastasia co-founded KITRO, a fully automated food waste management solution for the food and beverage industry.
Since 2019, Anastasia has been working at Venturelab as a Trainer and Startup Coach, providing training and coaching to Swiss high-tech startups for the Innosuisse Start-up Training program. This program enables entrepreneurs to execute their plans and bring their visions to reality.
Anastasia Hofmann completed their primary education at Kantonsschule Romanshorn from 2007 to 2011, obtaining a Gymnasiale Maturität. Anastasia then pursued higher education at EHL from 2012 to 2016 and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in International Hospitality Management. Additionally, Anastasia obtained several certifications, including Innosuisse Business Growth ICT from Venturelab in May 2018, Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA) from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute in September 2015, Certificate in Advanced English (C1) from the University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations in December 2011, and Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera (DELE, Nivel B2) from Instituto Cervantes in May 2011.
