Art Gillespie is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology and automotive sectors. Currently serving as a Member of Technical Staff at Odyssey since November 2023, Art previously held senior engineering management roles at Cruise, where responsibilities included overseeing autonomous vehicle remote platforms and route planning. Art demonstrated expertise in teleoperations technology at Voyage, leading the development of a 4k 360-degree streaming solution for remote vehicle operation. Prior to these roles, Art was CEO of trainify.io and directed engineering teams at Udacity, guiding significant growth within the organization. Art's career includes contributions at Google and Nest Labs, where leadership extended to developing customer-facing applications for smart home devices. Educational qualifications include studies at Belmont University and Murray State University.
