Ieva Sliauziene

Ieva Sliauziene has a strong background in supply chain management and procurement. Ieva served as the Head of Supply Chain Kitron UAB from 2015, where they were responsible for strategic sourcing, procurement, customer demand planning, and logistics. In this role, they focused on developing programs for efficiency and continuous improvement. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Procurement, planning & transport departments at Kitron Group from 2010 to 2015. Ieva also served as the Business Development Manager at UAB Senukai in 2009 and as the Supply Chain Manager at UAB Baltic Tika from 2002 to 2009. Ieva has extensive experience in managing the overall supply chain operations and ensuring efficient and cost-effective processes.

Ieva Sliauziene attended the Kaunas Juozo Gruodzio Conservatory from 1986 to 1993, where they completed their high school education. Following this, from 1995 to 2001, they pursued a Master's degree in International Business at the Kaunas University of Technology. In 2017 and 2018, Ieva attended the BMI Executive Institute, where they participated in the Impactful Leadership & Corporate Finance Programme.
