Cindy McKim serves as the Senior Vice President of Risk Management at Kitsap Bank, leading a team focused on audit, compliance, BSA/AML, and fraud. With extensive experience in portfolio management and loan review, Cindy currently oversees the accuracy of risk ratings in the bank's loan portfolio and develops an updated Credit Policy and Loan Manual. Prior roles include Senior Vice President positions in Portfolio Management and Loan Review and Credit Policy, as well as a Loan Review Manager at Kitsap Bank. Cindy's background includes roles as a Collateral Analyst at WAMU and a Custom Portfolio Analyst at Bank of America. Educational credentials include a BA in Accounting from the UW Foster School of Business, an AA in Business from Olympic College, and certifications from the Pacific Coast Banking School and Washington Bankers Association.
