Colin Morrison has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 1979 with the US Navy as a Data Systems Technician. Colin served in this role until 1989, specializing in curriculum development and instructional training. After leaving the navy, Colin joined Kitsap Credit Union in 1989 as a Network Technician, where they designed and implemented the company's first local area and wide area networks. From there, they became the Information Technology Manager in 1995, responsible for network and mainframe operations. Colin spearheaded the automation of batch processing and month-end statement processing. In 1998, Colin was promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, where they focused on strategic planning, enterprise service delivery, and operational excellence. Colin excels in strategic thinking, technology delivery, and problem solving.
Colin Morrison has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Phoenix, which they completed between 2004 and 2008. Colin also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the same university in 2008. In addition, they participated in a Strategic Leadership Development program at the Darden Graduate School of the University of Virginia in an unknown year, possibly before 2001.
