Ashley Gwen Lucas is a clinical program manager and child and family therapist at Kitsap Mental Health Services since June 2018, while also owning a private practice, Searchlight Counseling, specializing in relationship and sex therapy since August 2018. Previous experience includes working as an assistant court specialist in the City of Las Vegas's Alternative Sentencing and Education department, providing counseling to domestic violence perpetrators. Ashley has held various roles including marriage and family therapy intern at Healing Solutions Counseling, graduate teaching assistant at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, and behavior therapist at GOALS For Autism, Inc. Educational qualifications feature a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling and a Master of Science in Couple and Family Therapy from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, with ongoing pursuit of a Doctor of Philosophy in Counselor Education and Supervision at Antioch University Seattle.
