Monica Bernhard possesses extensive experience in leadership roles within mental health and community services. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Director of Development at Kitsap Mental Health Services since January 2018, Monica has previously held the position of Director of Housing and Community Support Services at Kitsap Community Resources from December 2011 to January 2018. Additional experience includes accounting and financial roles at the City of Poulsbo and Bremerton Foodline, as well as executive positions at Sur La Table and AT&T. Monica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Washington, a Master of Science in Finance from Seattle University, and an Executive Certificate in Non-Profit Leadership from Duke University.
