Rhia Santiago is a seasoned media buyer with extensive experience in performance marketing and social media strategies. Currently serving as a Media Buyer at Kitsch since June 2022, Rhia also holds a role at Facebook, working as a Meta Ads Expert and Paid Social Media Buyer since November 2016, where tailored media buying strategies are developed to help startups and established brands scale profitably through high-performance Facebook Ads. Additionally, Rhia serves as a TikTok Media Buyer and Paid Social Strategist at TikTok since March 2020, focusing on data-driven ad strategies that resonate with consumers through authentic and platform-aligned content. Rhia earned a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the Lyceum of the Philippines University between 2012 and 2016.
