Andy Duerr

Andy Duerr is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in transportation planning and design. Currently serving as Sr. Principal Engineer at Kittelson & Associates, Inc., since February 2020, Andy previously held roles at Wallace Montgomery and GHD, where responsibilities included project management, technical quality control, and strategic business development. At GHD, Andy represented the Roundabout Service Line in the Mid-Atlantic region, contributing to over 150 roundabout projects. Earlier experience includes managing roadway contracts at RK&K and serving as a Project Engineer at Hurst-Rosche Engineers, where significant contributions were made to Maryland's early roundabout developments. Andy holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Penn State University, an MBA in Marketing from Loyola University Maryland, and a BS in Applied Physics from Shippensburg University, with partial theological studies at Biblical Theological Seminary.
