Jen began their career in the property management industry at Flaherty & Collins Properties, where they served as the Assistant Property Manager and was responsible for various tasks including lease-ups, accounts payable and receivable, and managing staff. Jen then moved on to Crest Management, where they held the position of Senior Property Manager and managed nearly 1000 residential units. Their responsibilities included budgeting, maintaining high occupancy rates, overseeing maintenance and leasing departments, and managing vendor contracts. After their time at Crest Management, they joined HireLevel as an Implementation Specialist, where they focused on implementing and supporting software solutions. Jen then transitioned to Milhaus as the Director of Residential Services, overseeing residential operations. Jen's most recent role is with Kittle Property Group, where they started as a Regional Manager and quickly advanced to the position of Regional Vice President, overseeing market rate portfolios.
