Keisha Underwood

Keisha Underwood, SHRM-CP, has extensive work experience in human resources and management. Keisha began their career in 1998 at Indiana University Bloomington, where they served as the Director of IUSA Safety Escort and later as the Chair of the Campus Judicial Board. In these roles, they managed budgets, staff, and ensured the safety of students.

In 2000, Keisha joined Suburban Health Organization as the Manager of HR & Office Operations. In this position, they oversaw various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration. Keisha also supported other areas of the business, such as physician recruitment and group purchasing among Suburban hospitals. Keisha worked closely with HR representatives and served on the group's HR Council.
