Karen Biggs

Karen Biggs is the assistant controller at Kittle Property Group. Karen has over 18 years of experience in the real estate industry, and has held positions at several companies, including RE/MAX Real Estate Groups, RE/MAX Elite Properties, RE/MAX Legends Group, and Absolute Title. In their current position, Karen is responsible for participating in executive strategic planning, coaching new franchise owners on business operations, and managing the processing and reporting of $400 million in annual real estate sales transactions. Karen has also been responsible for creating and tracking the annual budget, benchmarking company performance, and reducing company overhead.

Karen Biggs has a Bachelor of Science from Ball State University in Accounting Major/Economics Minor from the Miller College of Business. Karen also has certification from the Certified Public Accountant and the National Association of Home Builders in Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP).
