He has experience in leading, managing and influencing high-performing teams in support of DoD contract proposals. Mr. Brandt has a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering from the University of Phoenix, along with over 29 years of experience in engineering and technical support of Navy Program offices for Modeling and Simulation Systems.
