Chad Kauffman

Chad Kauffman has over 20 years of professional experience. In 2017, they co-founded Kitty Poo Club. From 2008-2017, they were the President of Kainos Products, where they were responsible for developing the Hybrid Plastic storage category and brand strategy which led to national big box retailer distribution, as well as developing national supply chain relationships for the manufacturing of Kainos Product’s various proprietary recycled resins and negotiating all outsourced manufacturing contracts. From 2000-2008, they were the District Manager at E&J Gallo Winery, where they were responsible for all grocery and c-chain accounts in 10 counties, as well as managing all sales and marketing programs in their territory for all 70 Gallo brands.

Chad Kauffman received their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Appalachian State University in 1995, majoring in Marketing and International Business. Prior to this, they attended Wooster High School from 1991-1995.
