Paul Den Boer

Paul den Boer is an experienced Trainer and Consultant currently associated with Axelio and Mprise since April 2025 and January 2024, respectively. With a long tenure at Kiva.org as a lender since November 2010, Paul also runs an independent coaching and consulting practice, specializing as an Agile coach, trainer, and advisor. As a certified SAFe SPC5 trainer, Paul has contributed as an Agile coach for various organizations, including Rabobank, CZ, Topigs Norsvin, Logius, and LegionellaDossier. Prior experience includes roles at Achmea, where Paul served as an Agile Coach, Lean Consultant, Domain Architect, Business Architect, and IT Architect, bridging the gap between business and IT through Agile methodologies and Lean principles. Paul holds various educational credentials in Lean Management, IT Architecture, and project management methodologies.
