Roberto Norton

Roberto Norton has a diverse range of work experience. Roberto is currently the Director of Finance and Fund Operations at Kiva. Prior to this, they worked at MicroVest Capital Management in various roles, including Chief Financial Officer, Treasury Manager, Senior Treasury Analyst, Finance Associate, and Financial Analyst. At MicroVest, Roberto managed fund financials and treasury cash management, implemented new systems for efficiency, and assisted teams with hedging and portfolio management. Before joining MicroVest, they worked at GE Capital as an FP&A Analyst, Pricing Analyst, and Controllership Analyst, where they managed financial reporting, conducted financial analysis, and coordinated with various cross-functional teams. Roberto also gained early experience as a Senate Intern at Senator Feinstein's office, where they assisted with legislative research, tracked legislation, and aided constituents with public policy concerns.

Roberto Norton completed their undergraduate education at the University of Notre Dame, graduating in 2012 with a B.B.A. degree in Finance & Political Science. In June 2019, they obtained the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification from the Association for Financial Professionals.
