Victor Paulsamy

Victor is an accomplished engineering leader with over 20 years of experience.

Victor has a strong track record of building, growing, and scaling marketplace and customer experience. Prior to Kiva, Victor was Senior Director of Engineering at Groupon, where he led organizations that powered the global e-commerce marketplace’s supply and demand serving 20 million customers. He grew third-party supply into the largest source of merchants on Groupon, and made Groupon's inventories bookable. Prior to Groupon, Victor was Director of Engineering at British Telecom where he led the voice services platform. At Ditech Networks, he led application platforms to help accelerate adoption of an array of voice processing products and services around the globe. He has also worked at Zapex Corporation and VoiceCore Inc as developer. Victor has a Master’s degree in Electrical Communication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Madras Institute of Technology.
