Disa Jernudd has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Disa most recently served as the Head of B2B Marketing at Kivra starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Secretary General at Kodcentrum from March 2019 to April 2022.

Before their role at Kodcentrum, Disa worked as a freelance consultant specializing in marketing, communication, and project management from July 2018 to March 2019. Additionally, they were the Country Director Sweden at 24 Solutions AB from May 2017 to June 2018, where they were responsible for business development, IT operations, and the company's bottom line. During their time at 24 Solutions AB, Disa also served as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) from January 2015 to May 2017, overseeing the development and implementation of marketing and communications strategies.

Furthermore, they had a role as the Language Director at SandbergTrygg from February 1998 to January 2000, where they created a new department to handle the globalization of advertising and marketing campaigns.

Disa Jernudd pursued their education in a varied range of fields over the years. From 1987 to 1990, they attended the University of Melbourne and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a major in Economics. Disa then proceeded to Monash University from 1991 to 1992, where they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Applied Linguistics.

In 2007 and 2008, Disa Jernudd studied Portuguese Language and Literature at Stockholm University, earning a 30-poäng degree. Disa further extended their education in 2015 at the Stockholm School of Theology, focusing on Human rights. Disa completed a 7,5-poäng course on Human rights, technology, and surveillance.

Aside from their formal education, Disa Jernudd also acquired various certifications. In 1988, they completed the Radio Training Program for SBS Broadcasters at the Australian Film, Television & Radio School. Additionally, they obtained certifications related to medical interpreting, cultural competence in healthcare, and successful leadership in a digital world. Notably, they earned a certification as a Bridging the Gap Medical Interpreter Trainer from The Cross Cultural Health Care Program (CCHCP) in an unspecified year, along with a certification as a Bridging the Gap Medical Interpreter in 2002 and further certifications in cultural competence in healthcare training. In 2019, they completed the Stellar Executive Program on successful leadership in a digital world offered by Stellar Capacity.
