Malotte Westman Lönne has over 30 years of experience in software design and development. Malotte started their career as a Consultant at Frontec in 1989 and later worked at BlueLabs and Flextronics in similar roles. From 1990 to 2011, Malotte worked as a Consultant at Ericsson.

In 2000, they joined Prevas as a Consultant Software Design, where they worked for 11 years. During this time, they also worked at SeaZone as a Software Developer, contributing to the development of a digital power distribution system for boats.

In 2017, Malotte joined HOC YACHTS AB as a Senior Software Developer and Configuration Manager, where they developed a web service for configuring and maintaining power control units. Malotte utilized erlang programming language and the nitrogen framework for this project.
