Ren-Chung Yu is a seasoned professional in the fields of policy and advocacy, currently serving as a Senior Policy & Strategy Advisor at Kivu International and a Tribunal Member for the Anti-Sexual Harassment Tribunal under the Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development. With extensive experience at the Women's Aid Organisation, Ren-Chung played pivotal roles as Research Consultant, Advocacy Director, and Deputy Executive Director, leading significant campaigns that resulted in national policy reforms such as the 7-day Paternity Leave and the tabling of Anti-Stalking laws. Ren-Chung's leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic helped the organisation expand rapidly in response to increased abuse cases.
