Will Paxton is a seasoned policy expert with extensive experience in economic and educational policy development. Currently serving as Director at Kivu International since April 2015, Will focuses on empowering local policy actors to drive effective change. Previous roles include Senior Economic Adviser at the Zambian Economic Advocacy Programme and Head of International Education and UK Education & Poverty at Save the Children UK. Will has also held advisory positions at IPAR-Rwanda, within the Labour Party, and in the UK Prime Minister's Office, culminating in a strong background in governmental policy advising. Will's academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Social Policy and Government from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Master's degree in Education and Development from the Institute of Education.
