Christian Weichselbaum

Christian Weichselbaum has held various roles in the tech industry since 2002. Christian started as a Trainee at OMV in 2004, then a Trainee at Det Norske Veritas in 2008, and a Course Instructor at Die Wiener Volkshochschulen GmbH in 2009. From 2005 to 2012, they worked as a Programmer and Database Administrator at AMR Mess und Regeltechnik. In 2013, they began working as a Data Scientist and Senior Programmer at cortical.io. Since 2016, they have been the CEO and Co-Founder of KIVU Technologies (GmbH), as well as the Chief Data Scientist.

Christian Weichselbaum holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Software and Information Engineering from Technische Universität Wien (2005-2010) and a Master of Science (MSc) in Computational Intelligence from the same institution (2010-2013). Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from institutions such as Coursera, Udacity, and the Hasso-Plattner Institute of Design, including Smart Contracts and Blockchain Basics from Coursera in 2021, Terrorism and Counterterrorism: Comparing Theory and Practice from Coursera in 2017, Hadoop Platform and Application Framework from Coursera in 2016, and Design Thinking Action Lab from the Hasso-Plattner Institute of Design in 2013.
