Jeff Oatess is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Kiwanis International since July 2001, Oatess leads a global operations team that supports members in over 80 countries, overseeing initiatives in technology, human resources, leader education, and member development for the organization. Prior to this role, Oatess was the Director of Operations at ONEX, managing finance and organizational development for a fast-growing IT consulting start-up. Oatess also held the position of Vice President of Operations at Radio America, focusing on data management and technology initiatives while handling human resources and finance. Additionally, Oatess began a career in radio as an Account Executive at Federated Media, contributing to business development. Oatess holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications from Ball State University.
