Stacy Payne Miller possesses extensive experience in leadership and operational management across various organizations. Currently serving in Strategy + Operations for Kiwanis International’s Youth Programs, Stacy has previously held significant roles including Foundation Director at the Indiana Economic Development Corporation and Executive Director at the Indy Chamber, where efforts focused on community revitalization through the Anchor Revitalization Program. As Chief Operating Officer for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Indiana, Stacy improved operational efficiency and family experiences. Additionally, leadership roles at Junior League of Indianapolis and Reach For Youth, Inc. underscore capabilities in financial oversight and staff development. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Consumer Sciences from Purdue University and a Master’s in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
