Michael Steel

Michael Steel is an experienced educational leader and community advocate, currently serving as the Managing Director for both Kiwi Education Ltd and Yuzu Training, where Michael focuses on training and apprenticeship opportunities in Southampton and the London/South East regions. As Vice-Chair for the Third Sector Forum at the Association of Employment and Learning Providers, Michael contributes to key initiatives regarding the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. Additionally, Michael holds trustee positions at Yateley Industries For The Disabled Limited and the Lighthouse Learning Trust, promoting inclusive employment and educational improvement. With a long history in community broadcasting at Unity 101 and leadership roles in Junior Chamber International, including National President, Michael demonstrates a commitment to social development and partnerships. Michael's educational background includes a Post Graduate Certificate in Leading Education Change from Oxford Brookes University.
