Zoe Wang has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. Zoe started their career as a Project and Public Relations Manager at Linde Engineering, where they handled the company's public relations and monthly media publication. Zoe also worked as a Marketing Manager at Tribal Brands Asia, where they managed social media accounts and organized events for various New Zealand brands. Zoe then moved on to become a Marketing and Brand Manager at Synergetic China, where they led the company's marketing and e-commerce setup. Zoe later worked as a Regional Manager at Meijiexia, where they supported New Zealand brands in entering the Chinese market through digital marketing and export strategies. Prior to their current position, Zoe worked as a Co-Founder and Marketing Manager at China Guide Limited, where they assisted New Zealand businesses in expanding into the Chinese market through digital marketing and social media account setup. Currently, Zoe is working at Kea as the Global Connections Manager and is responsible for leading the strategy, delivery, service development, measurement, and reporting of Kea Connect, the company's core business connection service.

Zoe Wang began their education in 2019 at Te Wānanga o Aotearoa, where they studied Te Reo Māori for a period of five years, completing their studies in 2024. In addition, they also pursued Criminology at Victoria University of Wellington, starting in 2020. However, no degree or completion information is available for either of their studies at Victoria University.
