Fraser Gunn

Fraser Gunn, CFA, currently serves as the Head of Corporate Finance & Investor Relations at Kiwi Property, one of New Zealand's largest listed property companies, overseeing a corporate finance and investor relations portfolio exceeding $3 billion since September 2021. Prior to this role, Fraser was instrumental in corporate finance and group strategy at Vector Limited, New Zealand’s largest distributor of electricity and gas, where responsibilities included M&A deal execution, strategic analysis, and business line valuation from October 2017 to September 2021. Fraser's earlier experience includes managerial roles at Cranleigh, a boutique investment bank, and consulting positions at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. Fraser holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Auckland and furthered legal education at Western University.
