Kate Gabriel

Kate Gabriel is an experienced property management professional currently serving as the Resident Services Manager at Kiwi Property since April 2021, previously holding the position of Senior Asset Administrator. Prior experience includes managing a property portfolio of approximately 100 properties as a Property Portfolio Manager at Barfoot & Thompson and providing administrative support as a Property Management Assistant for a larger portfolio of around 450 properties. Additional roles include serving as a Corporate Receptionist at Delegat Limited and working in catering at Rainbow's End Theme Park, where exceptional customer service was a priority. Kate completed high school at Alfriston College and earned a Day Skipper Certificate from Coastguard Boating Education.
