Matt Cole is an experienced professional in project and development management, currently serving as Development Manager at Kiwi Property since January 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing the Sylvia Tower project and managing seismic strengthening at Northlands shopping centre. Prior to this role, Matt was Director at Defjam Consultants, providing project management services, and held positions as Senior Project Manager at Westpac New Zealand Limited and Property for Industry Limited, focusing on retail and industrial property developments. Earlier experience includes roles as a Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor at various firms, with a foundational degree in Property Development and Construction Economics from Unitec.
