Melissa Stradling

Melissa Stradling is an accomplished investment business partner at Kiwi Property, a position held since December 2021. Prior experience includes a maternity leave from April 2018 to November 2021, followed by a senior analyst role at Stride Property Limited from December 2019 to July 2020, and an assistant funds manager position at Stride Property Limited from May 2016 to April 2018. Prior to these roles, Melissa worked as a registered valuer at Savills from September 2012 to May 2016. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Property from The University of Auckland, a Master of Music and Master of Music Studies in Performance Clarinet from Griffith University, and a Bachelor of Music with First Class Honours in Performance Clarinet from the University of Canterbury.
