Paul Shannon

Paul Shannon has over 17 years of experience in the banking sector, currently serving as Area Manager for Mobile Mortgage Managers at Kiwibank since August 2016, leading a team focused on coaching and developing mobile mortgage delivery and investment property lending. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Senior Manager for Migrant & Expatriate Banking at Westpac Banking Group NZ from 2010 to 2013, where a strategy was created to assist offshore clients in establishing banking relationships prior to arriving in New Zealand. Additionally, Paul served as Senior Manager for New Resident Services at ANZ National Bank from 2006 to 2010, where Paul developed online capabilities to facilitate banking for new residents and built partnerships with corporates and recruiters to enhance client onboarding.
