Sara Rad has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Sara currently holds the position of Customer Experience Lead Business Banking at Kiwibank, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at ASB Bank as a Strategic Design Lead from 2021 to 2023.

From 2016 to 2021, Sara worked at PwC New Zealand in various roles, including Associate Director of Digital Transformation, Associate Director of New Ways of Working, and Associate Director of Customer Experience. Sara'sresponsibilities included client-facing delivery, customer research, customer journey mapping, innovation management, and talent development.

Before joining PwC, Sara served as a Business Designer in the Service Design & Implementation team at Inland Revenue NZ, where they applied a human-centric approach to design interventions and service improvements.

Throughout their career, Sara has also held roles such as Studio Manager at Shirtcliffe and Co, Studio Manager at McCann Worldgroup NZ, and Director of Design Consultant at RAD. Additionally, they worked as a Graphic Designer at Aquent.

Sara's educational background includes a Master of Design with Distinction from AUT University, where they studied design research, methodologies, innovation, brand strategy, and sustainability.

Sara Rad (she/her) has a diverse education history. In 1998, they began their studies at Savannah College of Art and Design, where they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design. Sara completed their studies in 2002.

In 2012, Sara attended Auckland University of Technology and obtained a Master of Design degree with a distinction. Sara'sfield of study during this time was Design.

Sara also holds an additional certification as an ICAgile Certified Professional from The International Consortium for Agile. The specific dates of their enrollment and completion for this certification were not provided.

Furthermore, Sara obtained a certification in Level 1: Behavioural Science Learner from Behavioural by Design in May 2022.
